Day 73

We were pretty groggy in the morning after yesterday's many kilometers. Running out of food, so breakfast was some cheese and crackers. Started the short 1 hour paddle to Alteidet. It was great to see grandson Benjamin pull up with his truck and trailer to pick us up and drive us over to Langfjorden. We had a very nice time together at the local cafe, replenished our food supplies at the grocery store, and then got a fun tour of the farm where Benjamin works. We saw the cows get milked with the technically advanced milking robot. Very cool! Thank you for everything Benjamin! We then embarked on paddling Langfjorden. We understand why it is called "long fjord." After nearly 4 hours of paddling we have only come half way! We finally found a suitable place for our tent. Tomorrow is a new day!
