Day 16

We woke up at 7:00 am and got ready for our interview with the NRK program "Opptur." The sound of pouring rain pounding our tent was broadcast throughout Norway. After the interview, we still had to patiently wait in the tent until the weather turned. Finally at around 2:00pm the kayaks were packed and we headed towards Odd's house. The trip was nice - we met a seal on the way, and an otter was waiting for us upon arrival. What hospitality! Odd met us on the beach and helped carry the kayaks and dry bags. We got warm showers, a delicious dinner, a wonderful car tour of the island, and a room with a view. The weather should be fine the next few days!
